Jameson House is the first Canadian project by the world wide known Foster and Partners architectural firm in London. The 37 story tower has a unique combination of retail, office, and residential space located in the heart of Vancouver, Canada. The parking garage includes two of Swiss-Park’s fully automatic systems, a C-type and E-type with capacity for a total of 147 cars. There will be two entry and two exit ports to ensure maximum efficiency in the garage of this luxurious building. |
Luxparque is the perfect example of a multifamily building built on a small lot and able to optimize the parking garage with a fully automatic parking system . Using our C-Type system with pallet-free technology, this building has 31 units over 54 parking spaces on a 60’x75’ lot in downtown Orlando. The project also features fingerprint recognition to retrieve cars, a turntable at ground level and has been designed to accommodate mid-size SUVs up to 6’-4” in height throughout the entire garage. |
